Being singled out by an industry leader like Amdocs for such a prestigious partnership award is significant for several reasons. Not only does it reflect Amdocs’ trust in Atrinet technology and engineering capabilities, even more important it illustrates that no single vendor can afford to do it alone and address the complexity of today’s disaggregated, virtualized, open, and cloud and multi-vendor based networks.
Atrinet was chosen for this award for successfully integrating its physical and logical network resources discovery, real time service inventory and end-to-end network service provisioning with the Amdocs Network solution. The joint Atrinet-Amdocs offering has been deployed recently at two major operators in APAC and one in EMEA.
“Atrinet professional services methodology alongside an excellent product fits perfectly with our customers and Amdocs teams,” said Raz Caro, head of AMDOCS align – The Amdocs Partner Program, “This cooperation is a stellar example to show case how packaged solutions should be delivered. We are looking forwards to expanding our joint business across the globe. The result are happy customers, which yielded several deals. We look forward for many more.”
All the relevant Amdocs units took part in evaluating the partners who they had been working with during 2020, specifically in the realm of integration and building a “package” as part of a joint solution.
“The selection of Atrinet highlights the complex effort required in integration,” explains Efi Levi, Atrinet Co-founder and CEO. “It underscores the need for CSPs, system integrators and vendors of various network automation, orchestration and OSS solutions to work hand-in-hand with a partner like Atrinet and its NetACE solution to connect the dots: network discovery; unified data model to normalize complex multi-vendor, multi technology networks; automated workflow management; data enrichment; root cause analysis and close-loop automation.”
